This Year’s PTA Meeting Agenga

At Regular PTA Meetings, we spend no more than thirty to forty minutes discussing business – organizing volunteers, voting on grants and initiatives, hearing from teachers about what is happening in the school…

Then, the next twenty to thirty minutes, we feature an informative presentation on an interesting topic presented by a teacher, administrator, or local expert. We might hear about the K-4 reading program from a classroom teacher and reading specialist, or listen to a local pediatrician promoting healthy habits. Whatever the subject, our goal is to have you walk away from the meeting with information that is both interesting and useful.

Meetings will be posted with start and end times and childcare is always available.

This year, we will also be experimenting with our meetings. We are going to try a few social meetings, during which we will briefly discuss business, but will mostly serve as an excuse to hang out and get to know each other. We will also be experimenting with dates and times of meetings, to make them accessible to as many parents as possible.
