2017 Online Auction Update
The PTO Auction team is hard at work gearing up for what we hope will be a record breaking year. This is the single fundraiser for the year and lots of field trips, in-class programs, and special events are depending on the money we are able to raise. That being said, we cannot do this alone! There are many ways you can help.
The auction team needs volunteers! Whether it’s making a few phone calls, swinging by a local business to pick up donated items, or helping behind the scenes, we would love to have you as part of our team. When you sign up for a position, we will explain exactly what you need to do and give you all the necessary details and materials. We are collecting items for the auction! If you have a business that can donate something to the auction please contact us! Your tax deductable donation does two things. First, 100% of the money raised goes back into the school benefiting each and every child! Last Second, you can promote your business. Print advertising is expensive! By donating to the PTO Auction your business will be in front of over 250 Muddy Brook families as well as their friends and families. The auction is also being advertised to the local community and the Bidding For Good community. We are happy to feature logos & website links on our website as well as the auction site.
If you don’t have a business you can still donate! We have successfully auctioned off gently used items, items purchased for donation, or handmade items.
Bid & Promote:
Last but not least we need bidders! Starting November 22nd the auction will be live and open for bidding. We will be sending out links to the auction page once it is up and running. We need you to get the word out to family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, and/or anyone you can think of!
